Pan warmed (over gas) hoop shaped spaghetti with a small sausage accompaniment, low poured onto a double portion of rectangular machine cut white bread slices, double side heated until lightly brown and infused with a light spread of butter substitute. Served on a lightly warmed ceramic disc. Oh and a mug of coffee and four of gingers nuts. Do till tea time.

Had porridge made with semi skimmed milk sprinkled with chopped nuts and pineapple. Later either chilli or baked beans/ham/cheese on toast, lovely.
