I would do permanent nights . But the night shift is finishing . Nights actually suit me

When I was working I did 3 yrs of permanent nights, 12 hrs, 4 on 4 off, I loved it

yeah I like nights . I do 4 12 hour shifts then get a long weekend

Too many gaffers floating around on days for my liking, at least on nights you know what you have got to do and just get on with it without any interference
