Do you use these on your iPhone or downloaded apps on android ?

Blue light on devices is supposed to be bad for your sleep patterns...

So I'm trying this out on my phone.

Had anyone had positive experiences, or has it had no immediate effect on you ?

This "twilight" is more of a red edge. ... takes a little getting used to it, but I'm not sure if it's of benefit yet

I have no problems sleeping

I do actually. The only slight annoyance i find is that if you take a screenshot to send to someone it has a red cast.

I like to read a book before bed time , usually a ripping yarn.

I find if I do use my phone to.much before bed I have trouble drifting off to the land of nod
