Yeah they do work. I've got a duplex silicone one that goes around the balls as well. As long as you don't leave it on for too long (maybe half hr max), then it will keep you hard.

Ann summers do some stretch rubber ones, for a first time try out they're good. They just don't last long. But at least will give you an idea if you're going to invest in a good one x
