Yep, I'm in the same boat.....awake at 4 this morning and even worse I was awake at the same time yesterday!

Yeah, being awake for about two hours, clocks moving always throws me for week or two. Was waking up just before alarm after long sleep until clocks went forward.

Find that's the annoying thing isn't it. Toss-n-turn for ages so you finally give in and get up but as soon as you're dressed feel like you could sleep for England!
