ASMR Relaxation

I've always struggled to switch off and relax, particularly late at night when I'm home alone and my mind whirls away. But lately I've discovered ASMR videos on You Tube and some of them are bloody brilliant.

ASMR stands for Auto Sensory Meridian Response and the videos are basically designed to bring on the relaxing tingly sensation that you get when you hear soft sounds or whispering etc and more often than not it I've found shed loads of these on YouTube made by a whole load of different people and I would highly recommend taking a look if you're a restless soul like me who struggles to relax

I've been watching ASMR videos for years.

I can go from wide awake to away with the fairies in minutes!
