Cheese (sometimes plain, others with Marmite or Worchestershire sauce, perhaps even thinly sliced tomatoes or Heinz spaghetti)

Sardines in tomato sauce

Poached egg

Nice cold butter

Slice of burger cheese (try it when you come home pissed, lovely)

Heinz spaghetti
