Don't know why? but my right nipple is sore today and I don't even go jogging.

So ladies any sensible advice would be welcome on how to get rid of it

wear a plaster over your nipple when wearing clothes, will aleviate the rubbing. See I CAN be sensible - just doesn't happen very often.......

Can I just add that mine weren't sore then - nor when feeding - I still liked them being played with a lot during pregnancy and feeding
