The run upto the day I find hard, constant reminders that I don't have a mum to spoil anymore.

I try and stay upbeat as my kids want to make the day nice for me, if I had my choice I would take myself off somewhere for a bit of quiet time.

Mine too. She only passed in January and last Sunday would have been her birthday. RIP mum.

Be extra kind to yourselves today. My Mum's birthday was March too, so I've had the same some years. They wouldn't want you to be sad though, that's what I always think. Xx

My mum died 10 years ago.

It used to be awful, especially as I am mummy to 2 boys. But it got easier.
