You need pint op. Someone advised me to for a walk when I was irritated a few days ago. I did, I walked into a pub too..

Let me advise you the same, it did work.

Get talking to some real people and have a laugh.

Maybe go in the Politics forum, you can post any manner of vitriol and fit right in. Then pop out again once your anger is vented. Aded bonus, 99% people never visit there so your foul posts won't be noticed
