Have had such a rotten week. Few personal issues with my ex have came up and I've had a rotten day at work. Currently red faced and saying things I shouldn't be saying. I really need someone one here that can chat and make me feel better.

If you're still at work can you go off somewhere for 10 mins to calm down as that might help. As well as chatting here.

It's hard to feel glum with a nice cup of tea and one of those pink wafer biscuits

I find going for a really fast walk in the countryside or field or park helps.

Sorry to hear you've had a crappy day fella, try and let it wash over you, forget it, water off a ducks back and all that, and keep smiling!

Easier said than done I know but something I've learned over time is not to stress over shit that's happened and move on with a positive frame of mind - what's done is done. You can't change the past but you can influence the future.

Head to the Loch, suck in the fresh air, appreciate the beauty and things will be better again!

I've had a rotten few days too OP with bad news etc. Unfortunately it's all part of life's rich pattern and we all go through it.

We just have to take a deep breath, think happy and positive thoughts and carry on.

Get a good night's sleep and hopefully tomorrow will bring you some sunshine x
