I think a picture that triggers your imagination is most exciting. Some of that comes down to different personality types.

Some people are more physical and will feel sexual at the sight of a sexual organ.

Personally for me sex originates in the brain, too graphic pics and I don't feel there's a narrative to feel involved with. Makes me feel I'm just an instrument.

Suggestive is far more exciting.
