Listening to my iPod earlier and a lotnofn80's came on

Were you more indie or pop ?

Favourite tune/band ?

What's your top 5 80's songs ? Mine would be in no particular order

The Jam - town called malice

The Cult - she sells sanctuary

Talk Talk - it's my life

Stone Roses - she bangs the drums

The Smiths - what difference does it make

Just a bit too young to really remember the 80's but love the music.

Absolute favourite song is Come on Eileen, after that I couldn't really pick; Swords of a thousand men, safety dance cheesier the better for me.

Girls on film. I remember going to the 16 to 18 disco at a club in Portsmouth. All my mates were into madness or the specials , standing around trying to act cool in suits and skinny ties. While I was jumping around the dance floor looking like I had staggered through a clothes line and wore what ever fell on.

How I miss those new romantic days.
