Male half here. Going in tomorrow morning for a massive op on on my shoulder from an injury off when I was still serving with the military. I'm absolutely bricking it as I don't even like having an injection lol.

Tell me something to make me smile and keep me from thinking about going under the knife......Please.

I had an operation yesterday & am now laid up in bed really sore & still a little groggy - but all went well & I was up & about within 5 mins of being back on the ward

I had an op yesterday and they were all so great I only felt the liquid go cold up to my elbow & then I was out of it - the op took nearly 2 hours but I was up & about & asking for food within 5 mins of being back on the ward & they let me go really early x

Propofol (general anaesthetic) is amazing!!! That few seconds before you go out are ridiculously good. I usually try to fight it as it makes the buzz more intense.

Today's the day. Was hoping for some fun stories and tales to keep me busy and distracted but it want to be lol.
