Hi ladies/girls

I would appreciate a bit of female advice.... do feel free to take a look at my profile and comment accordingly.

I am an honest and very upfront man who just enjoys the company of women and would really like to find a partner/fb/good friend and/or a nice person to have time with and visit clubs etc.

I hold parties and am (I think) a considerate person but I would really like to find/meet someone female who would also like to visit clubs and parties (and me!) with me.

Any and all advice willingly accepted and thank you for looking at this post and hopefully commenting

not a complaint so much as a what am I doing wrong... "would really like to find a partner/fb/good friend and/or a nice person to have time with and visit clubs etc." have lots of parties and friends but most as you'll se are couples and I'd really like to find a female friend (for want of a better term) with whom I could enjoy clubs and perhaps even entertain at my own parties... don't want to sound like I'm desperate as I'm not... am just a cynical bloke that's all and don't wish to be ...

How come on some of the veris they know you by one name and on some of the others they call you a different name?

How can anyone give you definitive advice on what you're doing wrong, if anything, from such a short post here and the info on your profile. Surely a potential g/f would want to get to know you much better before making that level of committment.

It takes time and has taken me 18 months to find someone to see regularly, patience is obviously something you don't have and besides if you go looking for it and its on your mind all the time, you wont find it

sorry I didn't continue on last night - was a little tired so... to reply to the responses which I am very grateful for as all feedback is good and thank you for bothering too...

swing22 ..... all know me by my name - I use my middle name Rob on the site as when I have calls it is easier to distinguish who is calling me from Fab until I get to know the person, I know other men and women who do the same thing

_iew .... I agree with your question - I would ask the same - I think (only my opinion) that the person(s) would "get" a good and happy person who is able to be a friend first - that being an objective as well

wishy & frock off .... agree with you both but not screaming look at me I was asking where I was going wrong? I am looking for a friend first as I think you will probably understand - I certainly wouldn't want someone to commit to anything until we had got to know each other

greykitten .... I am hopelessly impatient!! like most men I think

although I have been here for over 2 years and have spent time and effort with mailing and generally have had some good responses but no-one whose boxes I appear to have ticked but I am hopeful though cynical as most single women do not want mail from single males (I understand that) but are nevertheless then in the position of being the ones to make the first move as winks etc do not work ... so I am somewhat patient or wouldn't still be here and wouldn't have bothered asking for some advice

Laine .... yes "For a movie that spends two hours telling audiences that there are no fairy-tale endings, how dare it end like a fairy tale! " was an interesting film but no surprises

What I think I'm saying is that I am looking, I do have something to offer, I do appreciate that there is more to life than sex, I am patient and I do want some advice and ... I am prepared to listen to that advice - heck I should I'm not doing very well by myself now am I? lol
