I think most people go through low patches. The challenge is to recognise it, and make sure you get out of it the other end.

Just remember we are miracles here on earth. We aren't suppose to be here, it's a beautiful accident!

See the good in everyone, smile at others with negativity and this they can only respond with a smile.

I know you're feeling low about lack of success on here OP, and feeling unhappy is not always a feeling that it's easy to simply snap out of but the best chance you have of success on here is to be seen to be positive and uplifting if you can.

Yeah but it's not gone for long..

We think there are only two types of people in the world. Those that are sad unless someone else makes them happy & those that are happy unless someone else makes them sad.

We try to be the latter & mix with the same..

Keep life simple x

Also, as bad as it sounds: no matter how bad or whatever in your life that is causing you woe. There is always someone else in a worse situation
