I know the feeling but its usually when I stand up after being on the toilet and both my legs have gone numb completely.

Did this a few weeks ago with a couple I was with. Got off the bed and face-planted the floor

Good job I didn't need a wee or if have pissed myself from laughing.

They hadn't even noticed the this, was my hysterics that alerted them to the fact I was on the deck!
