Well, this morning I have woken up with swelling and bruising all over my ankle and a decent amount of pain when trying to walk. No clue how I could have done it as it's been a quiet chilled weekend.

What's random mystery injuries have you had?

Giving yourself a black eye in your sleep is a bit of a feat!

I once rolled over in my sleep and smacked my then partner in the face giving her a black eye.

Try yoga. Great for sorting muscle imbalances

Three long stratches on my lower back!!!!!!!!!! Quite scary tbh.

Oh I had a nasty cramp in the middle of the night once, next day I had a nice big bruise above my knee where I'd torn something.

I hope you're not feeling it too long!

It's appalling, it seems possible to injure a muscle from cramp alone! ! Seems a little better today thanks - I have an old skiing injury there and ought to do some physio!!

It absolutely is possible to give yourself a good strain or even tear through nothing but cramp.

Yeah, seems so simple but there never seems to be time for physio does there?
