We have a thing in Scotland called a breakfast munchie box.

Basically a pizza box loaded with sausage, eggs, bacon, beans, potato scones and what have you.

Had healthy bowl of porridge made with 0% fat natural yogurt sprinkled over with small amount of chopped almonds and hazel nuts and a smattering of pineapple...full snug mode over here!
