is it just my perception or do the biggest companies,especially media and i.t. companies,have the hardest sites to navigate?feel like going ound in circles,especially with talk talk

Depends some sites are poor design. EBay mobile is the worst ever.

Problem is some sites have a good layout then decide to change it a bit and makes it terrible.

I was with talk talk for a couple of years everything was ok, then change kicked in and one thing followed another not just the layout of the site, I think if it gets harder for the customer to have a say then its time to look elsewhere which I did.
