at the weekend we have a team building session at work - just our unit so we pretty much know a fair bit about each other anyway sharing 12 hour shifts - but we have to write one thing about ourselves that people dont know and folk have to guess who its about -

so if i was to write im bisexual and swing - hahah - so tempted but i wont - but struggling to find anything else atm

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

Perhaps phrase it as "I'm ambidextrous and play park equipment" and see if the people who know snigger.

Just make something up. I can't be doing with all this corporate team building bobbins. By the time you're all back doing the day job everyone will revert to type anyway - trust me on this!

Make up something really outlandish, it's none of anyone else's bloody business if you want keep things about yourself private!

Bah humbug! (yes, years of working in big corporations really HAS made me this cynical! )

its going to actually be fun - games to help how we support residents - so we will be blindfolded and have to feed each other - we work with brain injury and sever dementia so its more putting ourselves in their shoes - but a bit of personal stuff too

A good team building day should be fun.

I did one where we had to wear smeared dark glasses, oven gloves and other stuff to see what it's like to be elderly and arthritic. I don't work in care but it was about empathy.
