Cold brewed coffee.

Does anyone else cold brew? I tied my first batch yesterday, left it overnight and had an ice cold coffee this morning. Not bad but some tweaking required.

I often drink it cold. Usually because I've left it standing but I've just had an iced latte. My whizzo coffee macine makes both..

Does the cold option start out as hot brewed coffee? I find if it's made from hot, it has a watery and bitter taste.
