Nailing is a bit severe I would start with some soft restraints

Never done it until recently with anyone on here, I either was fucking them or didn't really stay in touch. Now I've had no choice but to friend zone someone i was enjoying meeting. It sucks tbh as would rather they were a fwb.

Sometimes I friend zone people simply because I like them, but don't fancy them, yes. Very occasionally people can climb back out of the friend zone though....

The friend zone doesnt exist.

When women over 21 use the term, I cringe at their immaturity.

I mean, seriously, what next? You're afraid of getting cooties?

That's a bit mean. It's a phrase, a term like you said. Just because someone uses a certain term doesn't mean they're immature.

Judging someone for uses a certain phrase or term could be construed as immature tho. You're welcome

It absolutely exists ... there are 100% people i was attracted to that i would now rather just chat with ... which has nothing to do with maturity level and no i am definitely not afraid of getting cooties from the right people

I seem to be friend zoning people, and rather quickly lately. Hopefully I'll have somewhere to crash as I travel to places in the future.

Is there anything wrong with shaggin' your mates?

It's definitely a thing, if you don't act on that impulse quickly. As time goes on, you loose interest and the attraction or chemistry quickly fades.

Happens in the dating game too.

So in theory? My first message saying 'fancy a shag?' Is helping them from possibly friend zoning each other.

No such thing as "the friend zone" just friends, and guys who are only being your friend in order to have sex with you. They don't deserve to be your friend.

Anything more than a week? No way. I don't believe you.

I'm going to have to try and fuck someone by the end of this thread otherwise I'm finished on fab then.

I may have unintentionally friend zoned my freinds list.

A guy who has the intention of fucking you and cant is not your friend...he is a guy who has the intention of fucking you. If you think he is a friend then it only really shows how little you understand the opposite sex.

So yeah, has everything to do with maturity level.

LOL no one is here looking for pure friendship. Sometimes you just get "bored" of seeing someone or just talking to them and from then on, they've been friend-zoned. It's not intentional but these things happen.

I agree with this to a certain extent, minus the bluntness and maturity level bit.

From this site, I'd say a guy will usually have the intention, or at least hope for something more. Whether that's a fuck or a FWB situation.

just because you're only friends now, doesn't mean it'll always be that way though. You're hot and a good friend to have

Ok you misunderstand how the term friend zoned is used ... that person will never become more than a friend ... it doesnt mean i believe every guy i talk to on fab is my friend

I still have zero understanding how deciding i no longer want to have sex with someone is in anyway related to my maturity levels?? Its related to my attraction levels sure ... but maturity has nothing to do with it

Also you might be the opposite sex but cant speak for them all because if you think that someone on here can 100% only be looking for sex on this site and nothing more then actually its you who doesnt understand the complexities of people and that we dont all fit in a box ... sure i know people that only talk to me for sex , sure i know people that are friendly and we occasionally have sex ... but i have also made genuine friends on here that i have never had sex with but socialise with in a completely vanilla setting ... not everything is black and white

Anyway it was just meant to be a light hearted thread wondering if other people find the sexual chemistry can go if not acted upon quick enough even if the guy is perfectly nice

Often, 'chemistry' is an ephemeral thing. But that's the difference between a friend and a guy who just wants to fuck you!! I love the fact that there is sexual tension between me and my male friends in the real world, that's what makes the friendships so delicious, even if we have both decided, for whatever reason, we're not going to go there!!

I may put guys in here in the friend zone if I like them but don't want to have sex with them but it's up to them if they stay there or not - if they don't, they were just a guy after a shag.
