I've decided to down grade myself from Amble to Average body size in my profile since losing 1 & 1/2 stone since January, if you don't mind me blowing my own trumpet? (please no sniggering at the back!)

I've lost 3 stone with Slimming World in just under 4 months. Need to keep on track as still a long way to go until the final destination.
