We've had loads of stuff from there. Delivery is efficient and you have a year to return things. Despite this I still have a corset thingy I kept meaning to return and STILL missed the deadline

Highly recommended, we've had to buy a bigger set of bedside drawers to accommodate our purchases from there..! Their Prices are keen, delivery is quick and discreet, and as already mentioned, no quibble money back or exchange regardless of reason within a year.. Can't beat em..!

Yep - really fast delivery and you get a Royal Mail tracking order when the parcel's been sent off. Everything I've ordered has always been top quality, and you get 10% off orders via fab.

Very good delivery. Very good products. Very good customer service if something is very occasionally not up to scratch. One criticism, they could perhaps refresh the range of goods more often than they do.

Can't praise them enough - brilliant delivery times, quality goods and a customer service ethos that's up there with the best of them.

Only gripe is they keep sending discount vouchers giving you higher than the 10% off you get here and end up spending even more dosh!!

LH are great but if you sign up to their mailing list you often get 20% off instead of 10% plus some great offers and freebies. Check some of the voucher websites too - we never pay full price!

And their customer service is brilliant.

Always use love honey ....the only item I wasn't happy about was the Anal beads as they had disintegrated inside the box ....may have been to warm ...I don't know

They're very good at returns though..anyone that's not seen the TV series about them it's definitely worth finding on catch up
