"Not going to be much help here but I simply hang onto this thought 'it is temporary and will pass' " Thanks Thankfully I only have odd days like it now, instead of having worse symptoms for weeks like I used to.

"On days like those I do one of two things: 1-put on the nastiest music I have at levels that make the neighbours doubt my sanity. 2- reach out to an old school friend who knows what it's like and knows I've been there for them in the past. Other than that I avoid all utterly unnecessary social interaction, stay offline, no clicking kitten videos or even going to the shops except for hashbrowns, instant mash or ice cream. " 1) I can do noisy rock 2) *sigh*... I don't open up to friends anymore after a supposedly close friend told me I was being stupid and to only talk to her after I'd 'settled down.'

"I go for a drive, music helps too. Soak in the bath for a cry then I pull myself together Chin up x" I tend to either plug my headphones in and for a walk on the beach, or, like today, ignore the world, sob my eyes out, wash my face, put a mask of make up on and attempt to crack on. Thanks chick x

Normally it's very early Metallica, Burzum, Soundisciples or motorhead for me. I'd offer an ear (digitally) if required as well. Quite a few mates come to me with their worries and I help out however I can, even if it's just a "yup life's shit" and a long Hug.

I myself like to cook when I get like that.....just go out, buy the freshest ingredients I can find and just cook.....I even have a playlist on Spotify solely for that purpose. I'm sure there are plenty of people who would listen, me amongst them should you ever feel the need.

"How on earth do you handle them? This was my first one in months, and I was laid in bed until two, crying and grinding my teeth, then I forced myself to get up, shower and go shopping, but even now I'm not 100%. And I hate the way I am with people when I'm like that. I don't even want to read or colour. " Churchill called them 'the black dog' but he still managed to do a fair bit with his life.

I do have a little chap to look out for, so I make a gargantuan effort for him as he tends to pick up on my mood... at the moment I'm totally stressed out and anxious so sleep is elusive...its a constant juggling act
