I genuinely have never seen a "tirade of abuse" for any particular stated preference. What I have seen (aimed at all genders) is a rounding against a poster who is incapable of stating a preference without slating the opposite. Usually on either a BBW preference thread where some muppet wades in with statements about 'real women' or 'bags of bones' or a slim preference thread where someone launches in spouting about 'fat heifers' etc.

We all have different preferences whether we state them publicly or not, that's the beauty of individuality and variety.

No. If your face fits you can get away with saying pretty much anything. But generally guys do get it tougher because women don't need to suck up to guys and they certainly don't want to appear bitchy to other women. Generally.
