"Enjoyed it too op,wouldnt want their jobs! Im just watching Kings cross on catch up,staff getting grief here too. Miss" I really do feel sorry for the staff in these programmes as they always seem to get the end of the stick when the customers want someone to blame. What I do like is when one customer does sort of stand up for the member of staff like in one episode when air traffic control was down and the customers were getting irate over flights being cancelled, this one woman spoke out and said that it wasn't his fault as he's just doing what he's told. It is odd how the customers who get angry seem to forget one thing and that is "Don't shoot the messenger"

"Who else loved watching this programme when this used to be on TV? " Me yeah I used to like watching people losing their fucking minds over the most tedious things. Some used to proper flip their lid

"Customer service jobs are hard going! Face to face people are bad but has anyone ever worked in a call center?! " Yep. I loved it. It really helped me with some issues I was having at the time. If you can keep your cool when someone who 'forgot' to pay their bill is threatening to come round and murder you, then you can pretty much cope with anything. Having said that, I still don't like talking to people on the phone.
