Go to the gym and focus purely on shoulders and upper back (and chest if you like) Wide grip pull down machine (untill your able to do a wide grip pull up). Shoulder press, machine or free weight. Front/side raises with dumbells Slow/heavy row on the machine or cables. Then bench press if ypu fancy. This will quickly (if you just focus on them 3 times a week) widen out your top half and make you look slimmer but also much "bigger" for minimal effort.
