No im not, would love to be but finding life hard at the moment for many reasons that I shan't go into on here.

I do have many admirable qualities my friends say, and like to see the good in people. But have had to be realistic in my approach to life. X

so you can tell someone your like that good people will not allow you to push them away trust me on that

because i used to do the same keep people at arms length .

then i met a sub who told me she would test me try to push me away and through my dealing with her i learned a lot about myself and yes she tried to push me away and but in the end she stopped trying and gave me all of her self because i was strong for her and wouldn't allow her to push me away xxxx

Baby steps, just remember the world is not always a nice place, pick the people you choose to be around carefully, don't let the haters get you down, you can't change yourself and never should, you do seem lovely from what I've seen of your posts, don't let people take advantage of that

I love mindfulness. I don't worry about what happened yesterday and I don't worry about what may happen next week. It's all about now.

This irritates some people who accuse me of being irresponsible etc. I don't let them or that worry me either.

I can be at times, full of life, last one to stop partying,flowing with conversation....others I let things overcome and I withdraw into myself with an exterior of calm and an inner cyclone of turmoil. I have learned when these days happen,I have strategies I follow and have friends that instinctively know when a call/hug is needed....these days do not occur regularly now as they used to ...but they do call from time to time

I try to be, mainly because for me, being negative about stuff doesn't change the outcome. I've got stuff going on at the moment but I try to remind myself it's for the short term and it will change. I also had some therapy a little while ago, about other stuff but it has made me rethink my outlook about things. Don't get me wrong, I do sometimes have moany days and think why me! But on the whole, I'm happy enough.

Gregarious yes, but have to know who the other members of the colony are and their behaviour before I decide to align or not. So, I think I will say I am cautiously gregarious (if those two can be paired). I think, that is also true with loving life.

Positive thinker, yes I am! If not why will I be here with loads of guys and still positively hoping to meet someone someday?

It may be because I take time to pick my friends, that I hardly piss them off (I know because I read people and know when to stop); unless they are pissing themselves laughing at my humour.

One of the things I that keep my friends (I think),is because no matter how down they are, I will always find a way of making them laugh and also make them view their current situations from a different viewpoint.

yes the trick to moaning is to always try and see the positive that may come out of it or to find something in the moan to laugh about

both tricks work for not keeping one down for to long and can stop you disappearing down a dark rabbit hole of despair to over a negative set back xxx

I love life ..no matter how hard it's been at times ...we're a long time dead ..been down and been kicked while I was there ...the thing that oisses those people off the most ?...the fact I get up dust myself off and smile ..why ?...because there is always someone worse off than me ...even when I've been at my lowest ....

I try to look on the bright side of life.

But these days I try to control how I emotionally react to circumstances and situations, and find the positives in even the most negative of situations.
