My friends get my sense of humour, and I get theres.

But online, I'm not quite sure. My humour I suppose is dry, quirky, and that's an unusual appeal to the majority.

If I was worried about it, I wouldn't post half the things a do. But considering this is who they might meet for a social, You might as well be myself.

I think in person people generally understand my humor.

The written word can make humor hard to discern, no matter how obvious.

And I'll admit to not really "getting" British humor, whether in person or online. Sometimes I don't get it, and other times I do get it, but I don't find it funny in the slightest.

My friends do which is probably why we're friends!! But I can be a bit warped so sometimes ppl need things explaining. Then there are the ones that think I'm being serious when I'm actually joking, messaging is worse for that, even if I put lol at the end of a sentence!! Oh while I thing I'm funny

On here, probably not a lot of the time. It's hard to fully convey what you're trying to get across in words and a few emoji's. Remember this is the sort of place where you put one full stop in the wrong place and someone will have a conniption fit about it. So humour is just lost on some people.

In reality I'm quite a funny guy. In the flesh most people get my humour very easily.
