Getting fit

I decided this yr I wanted to do somethin iv never done before and decided to do the colour run obstacle course in aintree racecourse in July. Iv bin trying to get myself fit n over the last 3 wks iv lost 3 inches and 5 lb. So proud of myself. Any tips to keep me goin xx

I have no tips on running, but that's brilliant, well done! Eating-wise... lots of good fats, stay away from things which say "low fat"!

With regards to what to eat check out the body coach. Joe Wicks, he does the Lean in 15 books they are brillant. Tastey food which gives you what you want at the same time.
