I am currently sitting in my tent, listening to the rain hitting the tent, and find it very soothing.

Another sound I find soothing is when my cat purrs when she is happy and content.

What sounds do you find soothing?

I love the sound of rain in a tent or a caravan - reminds me of being a child on holiday.

This might sound odd but I like the sound of James breathing at night. I love going to sleep focussing on his breaths. Just as well he doesn't snore! That does sound weird but I know what I mean!

No, as I like my creature comfort, it is a proper campsite with very good facilities, and I have EHU!

Yep, there's something about lying all cosy in bed, and the rain on the caravan roof!

And even better if a certain lady's beside me!!

Angus & Findhorn

Being under anything during a monsoon... love the rain in certain parts of the worlds when the heavens open.

The campsite WiFi is not great as it takes forever to load.

Shall check it out when I am back at base in the middle of next week.

It is still raining, and quite heavy too. Good job I have ear plugs!

rain, but on canvas, not a caravan roof - too much like a drum rrrrrrrroll...

I know it sounds pseudo-hippy pretentious claptrap but I'm into listening to gamalan music as Im dropping off at the mo

I slept quite well, thanks to the ear plugs.

Not sure if the dog slept much because of the rain. He is snoozing in his little bed now, bless!

Resting my head on hubbys chest and listening to his heartbeat.

Reassuring to know I haven't killed him after a session

all over the place

a stream babbling along,a high flying light aircraft lazily pottering off somewhere, leaves rustling in the breeze, all on a summers day ,blue sky fluffy white clouds...picnic..
