I have it ...... back yeaterday from USA my body clock is right out ......how do you cope .. i was in Tescos lunch time and could not keep my eyes open , lol

try and get back as soon as possible into your normal bed time...it works for me ....

In the past when dealing with it I try to keep going for as long as possible and stretch the day forward to the next bed time then crash.

Not the easy way but the fastest, at least for me but then I'm a night owl.

It is awful and I have to have a few days off work after as I'm asleep all the time.

The best sleep masks to use for blindfolds are British Airways ones, they are a good colour with no logo on them (tho having virgin written on a mask may add a bit of extra tabooness) and you can't see a thing out of them. I always use them rather than ones you buy from Ann Summers

well now feel i could go to sleep lol was 3.30 this morning i was still looking at the clock ..... just be glad to get back to normal as i need lots of sleep. Yes good time was had but this just put dampers on it all , lol xx
