Are men who take strap ons bi-curious?

Jump to newest

By (user no longer on site) OP

I've been musing with a friend on here about the subject of strap ons and if a man wants it/takes it from his wife/partner does this signify that he is bi-sexual or bi-curious?

My friend's point of view is that "if he wants a replica penis inside him then he is curious how it feels."

My own view is that he is mainly submissive to his wife and his bi-curiosity is there but secondary to this. This is what I think but my friend says: "does he enjoy the replica penis inside him? I imagine the dominant wife will 'take no prisoners' with said replica penis so he will have an idea of how it feels."

What do the Fabbers say? Anyone got any real-life experience of taking or being used by a strap on? Replies in the forum only please.

There and to the left a bit

Don't think it indicates any level of bi-ness whatsoever unless the man in question actually has a curiousity about doing similar with another man.

Is just another aspect of the man's sexuality otherwise nothing to do with being bi.

That's like saying lesbians shouldn't use dildos, because dildos are shaped like cocks.

I think hes curious as to how it feels to be stimulated anally. The shape of the strap on is irrelevant.

I know straight men who enjoy anal play, anal masturbation too. IMO, if it's a man and a woman who are having sex together then it's straight sex, regardless of what goes up where.

Strikes me you've lead a sheltered life then or not met men who are open about their sexual preferences - as there are plenty of straight men who like exactly that, whether it be a finger inserted just a little bit, or full on strap-on or butt plug play.

If it's not for you then that's of course absolutely fine but anal play can give incredibly intense orgasms and definitely does not define a persons sexuality.

My wife loves getting her strapon on and taking on a persona she doesnt normally have or aspire to.. But she said she feels different in that situation.. Coupled with the fact she wants to hear my many many tales of guys taking me doggiestyle in the same postition it excites her no end.and i on the other hand take great great pleasure not only in the sex part of it but also the feeling of closeness and also equality in that im trusting her as she trusts me when we enter eachothers bums..to make a long story short.. Its brought us closer together in many ways.. If she wants me to dress up as cd she can ride my little butt and feel my fake boobies and she gets off on riding a female even though shes straight and not bi at all..if any of that makes sense lol..

No, they're probably pretty happy though..

I find it strange that some straight guys think that it feels good for the woman to receive anal yet don't consider that it would feel equally good for them too..

Physiologically, there's no difference between your arse and hers..

Try it, the sensation of being submissive to a woman who knows how to use a strap on properly is amazing...

Just start small...

12 months ago I was on exactly the same page as you. MissK told me she had a fantasy of doing me with a strap on and much as I quietly shuddered at the thought I indulged her a few times. It didn't start well but I now actually enjoy it. Turns out you have to try new things a few times..

Not the best logic really. Understand where you're coming from. I've got a gay friend who goes very in depth about his second life, he's what they call a "top" so he loved cock and lads etc but nothing goes near his ass. He's 100% gay though.

Well, I have no burning desire to be bummed by a bloke, nor to bum one.

However it did make me change my status from straight to bi-curious only in so far as we've then gone on to have conversations about giving or receiving oral and while I have the same thoughts about it as I did about the strap on, I'm now curious to know what would happen in a play situation on that front.

I can't dismiss it given the strap-on situation and it's made me "curious" to know what oral would be like.

Something may happen to make me find out and I may change my status back to straight vowing never to do it again but it's made me not dismiss things without having a go.

Sexual orientation is determined by the level of interest that an individual has in other genders - and not specific sexual behaviour. The Ops proposal is like the old argument that lesbians using dildos just needed the right man and his cock for penetration.

Men who don't understand men who want to be penetrated are probably just not the right people to appreciate what it's all about and I think it's men like them who hold their genders' openness and liberation back.

Exactly, that's not a "straight bloke" response. That's a "I don't want something up my arse bloke" response.

I know plenty of straight blokes that like their missus to slip a finger in there.

A woman on fab (who's now a friend) convinced me to allow her to shove various toys up there once though. I was dubious. It was amazing though - I've said it before, but the intensity of the sensation was amazing. I think I could have launched it into onto next door's roof at the end .

I'm convinced that if it was the law that all blokes had to try it once and knock one out while it was up there, demand would go through the roof, much like my.... (oh, you get the picture).

For me, it doesn't follow that I walk around fancying guys, I never have. Nor do I dream about Geoff the trucker approximating the sensation by shoving his wang up there in a layby on the A6.

I guess there's grey areas with this though and maybe we should just embrace them.

As someone said we are physiologicaly similar, the first time I experienced a woman just circling her wet finger over the outside whilst she was giving me oral I only felt pleasure..

That was some 20 years before I experienced any bi play..

Can honestly say I never felt a desire to explore with a man in that time..

Just about pleasure, oh and labels and all they infer..

Thank you my friend for bringing my question to the forum and even though I was convinced that if a man is happy to accept a strap on up his bum I thought it meant he was gay because traditionally that is what most of us associate with gays but it's the bit when a man says 'I want to experience strap on but I'm not bi' like they are convincing me they are straight, why? I see the sub part of it too.....oh I'm more confused now LOL.

I love being fucked by a strapon and having my arse played with, but by women only. Men do nothing for me and I'm totally straight.

Think it's utter bollocks it makes you bi curious if your a man who likes anal play.

I think the big difference is who is shoving a dildo up your arse! getting pegged by a woman doesn't make a man bi but a man letting another man play with his ass is a different story!

"I love being fucked by a strapon and having my arse played with, but by women only.

I know straight men who enjoy anal play, anal masturbation too. IMO, if it's a man and a woman who are having sex together then it's straight sex, regardless of what goes up where. "

Exactly right, it's no different to getting a blow job.....it's all about the sensation.

Love a woman with a strap on, whether in male mode or Jane mode.

I'm bi, I'm greedy!

But I don't think taking a good pegging as a guy makes you gay or bi. It just makes you sexually adventurous

I'd put money on it that if you asked this down the pub with your mates (not specifically you) but in general.

I reckon the answer would be oh yer thats well gay!

I also reckon that at least 50% of the same blokes have had their mrs rogering them up their hairy arses

I dont have to try with this one. It doesn't matter that he's being fucked by a woman. He's being penetrated by a phallus, like a woman. He's imagining what it's like to be a woman being fucked. These are not the thoughts of a straight man.

Though I suspect that if he has a strap on up his arse whilst engaged in a 69 with another man, it may be time to consider changing to bi-curious

"I've been musing with a friend on here about the subject of strap ons and if a man wants it/takes it from his wife/partner does this signify that he is bi-sexual or bi-curious?

My friend's point of view is that "if he wants a replica penis inside him then he is curious how it feels."

My own view is that he is mainly submissive to his wife and his bi-curiosity is there but secondary to this. This is what I think but my friend says: "does he enjoy the replica penis inside him? I imagine the dominant wife will 'take no prisoners' with said replica penis so he will have an idea of how it feels."

What do the Fabbers say? Anyone got any real-life experience of taking or being used by a strap on? Replies in the forum only please."

Mr very much enjoys having Mrs use him.. And in short I disagree with your friend and favour your view, I'm not bi, and consider myself straight. I don't have, nor want sex with another man, but Mrs with a strap on harness, an array of toys, a shit load of lube and latex gloves, go for it..!!

Errr.. Erogenous zones..? And if you Google pegging, you'll find it's a whole lot more popular than you'd think..!

Plus, if you have ever experienced the orgasm that derives from that as well as, then I bet you'd change your tune..!

I'm not selling it.. Personally I enjoy it, I've always instigated things in the bedroom, now I thoroughly enjoy having the shoe on the other foot so to speak, but everyone's different, they don't have to be labelled, especially wrongly..!

There IS a difference between being digitally anally stimulated inside the rectum by a woman to archive sexual pleasure and being fucked in the ass with a strap on cock like a woman. This, imho makes a man bi- curious at the very least.

Not irrelevant at all - you stated that being told 10 times already that a man liking something up his bum doesn't make him bi or gay, doesn't change your opinion that they are - which does sum everything up rather neatly i.e. despite overwhelming suggestion and indeed evidence to the contrary you continue to doggedly believe something that has absolutely no basis in fact whatsoever.

It's not even a matter of opinion, there's absolutely no facts to back up your somewhat misguided belief.

All of which is highly relevant I'd say.

I know straight men who enjoy anal play, anal masturbation too. IMO, if it's a man and a woman who are having sex together then it's straight sex, regardless of what goes up where.

I understand what you are saying but for me as a straight guy i could not imagine letting that happen to me

But that doesn't mean anyone that would let that happen when playing with a woman (and has no interest in playing with a man) is any less straight than you does it?

Im not sure but if you like that have fun

A bi-curious man wants a sexual - or other - relationship with another man.

Nothing to do with a male and female enjoying anal stimulation, regardless of how the sex toy is shaped, or how deep it is inserted. To say this is bi-curious is ridiculous.

"If a man puts things up his bum i wouldnt say hes straight

Why?

That isnt something a straight man would think of.. well im speaking from my own view on it... i would never let a women put anything near my arsehole

I know straight men who enjoy anal play, anal masturbation too. IMO, if it's a man and a woman who are having sex together then it's straight sex, regardless of what goes up where.

I understand what you are saying but for me as a straight guy i could not imagine letting that happen to me "

Sounds like someone has had a play with there ass, loved it and is scared to go back there as he's in Denial!!

Coming from a man that loves ass play!! Just saying....

If anything, this thread shows how scared men are to admit when they're bi-curious! For fuck sake, it's not like you have to register it with HMRC!

Are you serious?

Bless... that's sort of cute. Backward but cute.

Yes i'm serious... why would a straight man want to get fucked up the arse?"

Sexual activities are wide and varied. People are turned on by all sorts of things. If you like being fucked by a girl with a strapon it doesn't mean you want to do it with a man. It just means you like being fucked up the ass. It doesn't make you gay.

At the risk of sounding utterly patronising... you know about the g spot right?

Just reading this thread. Don't know if I'm saddened or shocked.

I (Lilac) love giving anal play to a guy if they enjoy it. It doesn't change his heterosexuality because he enjoys stimulation given by a female with possibly a toy.

Why people feel the need to argue how another person perceives their own sexuality! Let people label themselves.

I know some lesbians won't use any type of phallus for sexual pleasure.

" All of you go and ask the same question on Facebook. You won't get a real world answer from Fab!

There's a difference between a real work answer and a real world truth

No 100% straight man has ever thought to himself "i want to be fucked like a woman".

So how does a man engaging in sexual activity with a woman make him less than 100% straight

Surely you'll agree gay men who don't like anal are less gay than those who do?

Sounds a bit silly now doesn't it

Ask your dad.

Oh clem you silly sausage, i usually like your posts but you're trying too hard here mate.

I dont have to try with this one. It doesn't matter that he's being fucked by a woman. He's being penetrated by a phallus, like a woman. He's imagining what it's like to be a woman being fucked. These are not the thoughts of a straight man."

Apparently you have to touch men to be bi now an not just be sexually aroused by them people forget about imagination. Seems very liberal on here though you won't get a balanced opinion. Not straight in my book.

My male friend and I were previously having a discussion about dating (before I met Mr) and he said he had one piece of advice ... never trust a man who says he doesn't like having his bum hole licked .

No, he is experiencing an amazing sensation that stimulates his prostate. It is shaped like a cock because it has to be. You couldn't really shove something square up there could you!

"There IS a difference between being digitally anally stimulated inside the rectum by a woman to archive sexual pleasure and being fucked in the ass with a strap on cock like a woman. This, imho makes a man bi- curious at the very least. "

I disagree. My ex partner loved me fucking him with a strap on, after I surprised him with it one night.

The thought of being naked with - or kissing - another man repulsed him. He was - and still isn't - the slightest bit curious about having a relationship with a man.

West Wales and Cardiff

There's a lot of confusion between enjoying a sensation and attraction going on.

Take away the element of wanting to/being curious about trying it.

You have no choice. A terrible, draconian rule was passed that said that every straight man had to have a toy once and cum with it in.

I guarantee you a huge proportion of them would find the sensation at the end amazing.

Does that mean they have some level of attraction to men? Does it follow they would then class themselves as bi/gay and go on to experiment with them?

I don't think so.

Sorry are you familiar with our relationship? He's now one of my best friends and has been for many years. Not everyone wants a penis up their ass, just like the thought of a woman going down on me repulses me also.
