A single scoop of salted caramel ice cream on a wafer cone, no coat and sunshine on the beach in March.

"A slice of gypsy tart with double cream. "

I don't know what gypsy tart is but if it's edible or euphemistic then both sound good.

I walked my rescue dog on the Salisbury Plains this afternoon. The Skylarks were singing, my dogs coat glistened in the sunshine and she looked so so happy.

So I guess, my surroundings, the birds, nice weather and my dog make me very happy.

Oh and the victoria sponge muffin from M&S I devoured when I got home. Yummy

You had me with your ice cream quote, and the mention of gypsy tart then matched that, but the happy dog quote got me. Seeing my soppy hound in drooly doggy heaven because he gets to sniff another dog's wee makes me smile. Not as much as when he comes lolopping back to me with whatever he's found though

Waking up to a text from Adam whilst he is at work or waking up to him pulling me in for a spoon cuddle.

Picking the kids up from school and seeing their faces light up as they almost knock me over with a running cuddle.

My patients smiling or laughing. That gets me every night. Knowing I'm doing my bit to improve their quality of life, their pain levels and their happiness levels.

I guess cuddles and being appreciated make me extremely happy.

Eve. X
