Going to be a student again come September will be retraining as a teaching assistant on day release I am so looking forward to learning something new and if that goes well may think about actual teaching. I have worked in the childrens centre for the last 4 years trained in child care but was getting bored. So have had the opertunity to go into school. So my question is if you could go back to school/college what would you learn if you had the chance.

I am also going back to college in September to start my photography course. I am looking forward to it but am a little concerned if I'm the eldest there.

I will see how I get on the first year and whether ill pass the exam as to whether ill do further time.

I have been learning and taking exams within work too so at the moment my head is befuddled with all the new stuff I'm trying to cram in there and I get so nervous with exams. I passed the last two 97% and 86% so there's some brain power still working

Good luck everyone with your courses.

It's unrelated but this thread has made me want to start a collage. I'm going to use all your profile pics.

Thanks honeypot. Although I was fairly clever in school I left with 10 A* Gcse but did'nt go through with A levels which I wish I had hormones and stuff got in the way you feel all so grown up at 16. Saying that at 19 with a new born baby I did that went to college and studied 3 A levels with baby brain I think one of the best acheivements I have done. All as a single parent and since then I have dipped in and out of studies it keeps the brain fresh.
