I dont understand where the bbc bit is relevant?

Surely this is just about barebacking?

Clubs asking for test results means nothing except you were clean at the point that test was completed

You might have had something that hadnt had time to develop and show up yet , or you might have come out and had sex with half the country in the time it took for the results to turn up .., for HIV that incubation period can be up to 12 weeks

However i suppose the fact people are being tested regularly and therefore probably treated regularly probably at least reduces the chance a little
