There are different types of skinny fit. You have your standard skinnys, super skinnys and they've taken it a step further with spray on skinnys now

They are a bit too tight for me but ive found slim fit with stretch to be a good alternative

They work on some guys but can make others seem almost weirdly shaped. They often don't enhance their arses and legs, which is what's good - when they work. Too filled out with filling and they're like sausages.
