I don't have a Willy so I don't know, but I assume that it's similar in the way that sex/orgasms help my pain a bit.. something to do with hormones, I'd expect.

No idea, but I have a feling that they don't remain in the bloodstream for that long.

I could try pinching myself repeatedly after I orgasm (for science), but I guess there really should be more than one test subject....
