Who decides they're going to go for a run on a sunday morning?

It's out of character for me and I'm still baffled why I think its such a good idea and I am the one who thought of it

Put those thoughts away. It's a terrible idea.

Don't do it. There's never a good enough reason to run

I can't do my usual stuff to keep in some form of shape. This idiot right here managed to dislocate his shoulder, tear a pec and put his scapula out of place... need something to keep me occupied. Although the idea would seem somewhat better if I lived in a climate where rain isn't almost a certainty

No. I'm thinking of running instead of the gym. Get it out of the way, and then the day to your ourselves.

The only excuse for running is if you've just robbed a bank and your getaway car won't start.

Even then I'd prefer a brisk walk.

Just about to head out and hoping the rain stays away for the next couple of hours.

I will be running at half 10 for 90 mins... inbetween slide tackles, headers and david beckham crosses

Opted for music and a house clean first. Just delaying it
