If you can get hold of a hollow sleeved catheter needle you can do it easily. As long as the person piercing wears gloves to avoid body oil transfering onto the jewellery when it's being inserted there shouldn't be any real risk of infection either

Unfortunately geographically you're a bit too gar otherwise I'd be glad to help.

As a little after thought make sure the piercing is done on the exhale breathe at point of climax not the inhale as this will heighten the sensation
