I have a look at the Metro or Evening Standard, if it's left on the seat I'm going to sit on. I skim through, barely take anything in and put it back down again.

News depresses me.

Bradford

I buy the Saturday Mail, don't care if others don't like it, I also source news from other media and have a brain in my head to evaluate what I read/see/hear...

Occasionally, when it's all too depressing I hide from the news for a bit!

"Which do you buy?"

I only buy them to look at the pictures and read the horoscope.

No good for much else .

I use the various news channels on sky to get bit more of a rounded perspective.

Euro news

RT

Al Jazeera

Etc

My butler brings me the Daily Telegraph, ironed of course. I enjoy the crosswords, and occasionally harrumph at the news whilst enjoying my breakfast egg.

I don't buy them personally but we buy all the local papers in a 30 mile radius at work.

It's nice to be paid to drink coffee and read a paper in the morning.

"Which do you buy?"
I buy the Daily Mail , Daily Telegraph and Times ( or the relevant Sunday versions )

My first daily task is to purchase them and then read the bits that interest me.

I have annual subscriptions to both the Telegraph and the Times .Some days I only read the relevant financial sections about stocks and shares and sling the rest in the bin unopened .

When I lived in the U.S. I used to buy the New York Times each day.

Now I get the guardian. But I read various other papers online.
