Has anyone heard of the Exante diet plan ?

If so was it successful and are there any side affects from it

It's mainly shakes for the first 3 weeks as meal supplements with meal bars as well

Thanks Anna x

A friend has been doing it and it's been successful. But as I pointed out to her, she is also doing a load more exercise so it could just be that!

I am using the 5:2 diet alongside daily workouts and have lost 3st 3lbs since last June. That makes me now the lowest weight I have been in 20 years. There is no doubt now I lose most weight around fasting days as I have the data to back it up now
