It was always just a list of unlicensed houses.....then they put that list on a computer....so not much has changed apart from they are saying they can track your if using iplayer to view BBC content. Maybe or maybe more propaganda

Only if you're watching it as it's being broadcast,if you only watch catch up/on demand (apart from BBC iplayer obviously) then you don't need a license.

Even if I was I still wouldn't pay!
