"do u have to cook the calliflower first?" No need to cook anything (apart from the meat) first - just bang it all in the wok. Of course the meat can be cooked in the wok as well, but that needs to be done before you add the veg - this is to make certain that the meat is properly cooked 1st - we don't want food poisoning, do we ? | |||

"Anyone got any really good "stirfry" recipes. lmao getting meself an electric wok on wednesday. Its good to fry in garlic butter rather than oil. Fresh sweet pepper`s(Romaro peppers are nice)Onion, peas, rice or noodles, lots of chopped chilli`s if you like it hot. Make sure to throw in salt and pepper and any other spices you see fit. | |||

That's very true, but I always prefer to err on the side of caution especially with chicken - I leave it all on it's loneome in the wok so I can see that every individual bit has been cooked | |||
