I was a regular visitor with work, it was always a flying visit though. In n out in under an hour most times.

It's classed as Nottinghamshire but not in Nottingham

I used to live in North Lincs and Retford was on the way to the grandparents' place, so been there lots without actually stopping - well maybe for chips on the odd occasion.

There's a great little cafe on the industrial estate at the north end of Retford... the Jewsons in the town centre employ some very rude yard staff... the rugby team aren't very good but they are very welcoming and a good laugh after a match...
