Because I suspect, due to media/peer pressure to look like cover girl models. Women often feel vulnerable/unattractive without make-up. As this site is based on people being attracted to each other to have sex, it appears pretty obvious that women are reluctant to post unmade faces.

Never send face pictures unless we're going to meet but I look ok without make up so I have no problem with my photo being taken if I'm not wearing any.

I enjoy wearing it though so it would be a rare occasion you'd find me without any.
