A world of my own

This morning I'm going to a networking meeting. I haven't done this for years and I'm feeling really nervous about it. I'm not selling anything but I've lots of opportunities and hopefully some good contacts to be made. However I'm actually feeling quite sick at the thought right now.

Definitely in a bit of a confidence crisis phase!

Any tips to push past this or should I just hide at the bacon rolls? Xx

Brilliant. I hate networking. I did it once, got dragged along when I didn't want to go. I think my negative attitude didn't help me. But the coffee was good.

But, if your the type of person that's likes to seize opportunities. There can be a lot there to get your interest. Jump on them, just barge in and get names and numbers st least. Follow it up when you feel more possitive about it.

That's what I did. " Made my excuses why I couldn't stay long but would like to talk In The future."
