Or early.

It's nice in the early morning, birds a-tweeting, rain pissing down that little bit quieter than during the day, no guns going off, police helicopter fast asleep and not hovering above our house.

Newcastle. We have mad gummen on the rampage up here you know. That was a fun time in the old toon, dodging the police search helicopter, waving a stick around to see if they'd mistake it for a firearm and shoot you. What a town.

Have you tried camomile tea? (pure camomile)

I find it works wonders at relaxing you, good for getting back to sleep.
